Section 2 - Our Products & Custom Printing Specifications We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. However, please note that colors, foil shine, embossing textures, or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to screen calibrations, RGB to CMYK color conversions, and specialized craft printing techniques. Minor tolerances in shade, cutting, and stamping are natural industry standards for bespoke luxury printing. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

 

Section 3 - Orders & Cancellations When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Premium Biz Card reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Because our products are custom-printed and made-to-order according to your specifications, orders can only be modified or canceled prior to production or digital proof approval. Once print production has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include local customs or import taxes applied by the destination country. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery All delivery times are estimates provided by express courier services and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs clearance delays, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the courier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer.

Section 6 - Submitted Artwork & Intellectual Property By uploading or transmitting any artwork, logos, trademarks, fonts, or designs to Premium Biz Card for printing, you expressly warrant that you are the rightful owner or have secured all necessary licenses, authorizations, and permissions to reproduce said materials. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premium Biz Card against any claims, copyright infringement actions, trademark disputes, or damages arising out of designs you supply.

Section 7 - Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability Except as expressly stated by Premium Biz Card, all services and products are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no case shall Premium Biz Card, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services or products purchased.
